Makro Online Service it very pathetic

MAK*** /02 part 2 of my order has been going back and forth with no solution. Makro Team do not take their customers seriously. This Hellopeter it just another platform that do not help, because if does my query should have been resolved not remove my review if we mention those people who did not help us by nothing but dragging our query further more. Makro Online has been doing this to lot of people and no one is ready to resolve the problem. Ordering online @Makro just causes unnecessary headaches and stress to customer and Massmart is not doing anything aboutthis poor service clients are receiving from Makro. I recieve emails stating that they are escalating my query but still nothing happens no further action taken.
