Makro online service is very poor

I had a bad experience of buying at Makro online Port Elizabeth my order was confirmed for delivery for the day. as i was tracking delivery on my phone i received an sms confirming the order is out for delivery in less than 2 minutes right after it was confirmed for delivery it was cancelled...the reason being the driver **** to say my phone was offline while i was sitting the whole day waiting for the delivery my advice will be "just think twice when purchase at Makro online they're not reliable when it comes to deliveries especially if you desperate for your order"
