MAKRO ONLINE SERVICE IS USELESS

Horrible service from Makro Online. i placed an order on the 25th of April and the site specfied 2 to 3 days to delivery. on the 26th they emailed and advised delivery will only occur on the 11th of May. i responded to the email and advised that the books are needed urgently and no response was given. on 02 May i emailed *** and no response given. i called the call centre today and was told that the supplier is the issue and the 11th is the date i would only receive the books. WHY SUCH A MISREPRESENTATION OF TIME . i could have used a different supplier to purchase the books and the Call centre is very unhelpful. they cannot even make an attempt to speed up my order. WHAT A USELESS BUNCH .
