Makro online service is the WORST

I bought an air fryer on the 31 August via their online service. I was informed that my product will be delivered by the 5th of September. On the 5th, i sent an email to say when should I expect the order .I was told it has not been dispatched as yet . I sent another email and WhatsApp after another week to express my disappointment, i got a response to say the package is dispatched WITHOUT any information as to when it will be delivered. I called and the consultant said someone will call me back till today i have not received my order or a call from Makro. I just want my air fryer and it better work properly.
