MAKRO ONLINE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I bought a Trojan elliptical climber from makro online, and it made a funny noise from day 1 . I assumed that since it's new, it's normal, and the noise will go away, which it did after a few uses. Then, just after the 14-day returns period, it started making a big clunking squeaking noise to the point where I didn't want to use it anymore . I called them to explain and they sent a Trojan technician who only arrived at my house after 2 weeks . He told me to use lubricant on the joints and the noise should go away so I did what he told me and the noise intensified and the neck of the machine started to shake when in use . I tightened the *****s up only to find it loose again after 3 days of using this loud machine that feels like it's just about to give up . Now I'm stuck with a machine I'm unable to use , what a waste of time and money. I also recently found out that makro online is a marketplace so that explains the poor quality of this machine. Steer clear of makro online, you will end up regretting it .
