Makro online service is pathetic!!

This is the first and last time I will order online from Makro, firstly I get 3 different delivery dates for one order , although it is different suppliers I would expect one delivery. Secondly my office chair purchased looks like it was used and it is damaged I haven't even assembled it just by observing it i noticed the damages. The courier company does not handle the items with care which is also something I observed

Now I am waiting for a return on my office chair and no one can tell me when they coming to collect it, I am told i need to wait for collection this is pathetic. I am going to voice my concerns on other social media platforms. Disgusting service !!
