Makro Online Service is Failing
Placed an order 23/06, by 03/07 I still hadn’t received part of my order which I then cancelled and requested a refund for.
Nthabeleng Tikoe rep**** that my request was forwarded to the relevant store (which store that is, was not shared with me).
It’s now 08/07 and I’m STILL WAITING FOR ANY SORT OF FEEDBACK!
Makro online your lack of service is DISGUSTING

10 Jul 2023, 17:53Generic response from Makro Hello Peter Team which just indicates how bad their service is, that there is a requirement for a response team on a complaints platform! And yet no feedback or refund from the store.
