Makro Online Service Is A Disaster!

I have received a refund on delivery 1 after I had used this platform and after I had to wait for 2 weeks after being notified by a call agent. Now my question is when will I get confirmation of cancellation for delivery 2? If calls are recorded, then you would notice that I made a call on Friday 22 July at 09:31 from phone number 083******* to request that my order be cancelled, the contact agent very nicely confirmed that the order will be cancelled, however I got notification of delivery instead???!!!! A confirmation of cancellation of an order should not take 24 hours, let alone a refund take 10 days???!!! I have used other online stores and have made cancellations, I did not wait 10 days or 2 weeks for a refund nor a confirmation of cancellation. I have sent emails from last week Friday as well as today and no one bothers to respond. I just want my refund please!!!!!!
