Makro Online Service Fails to Deliver

I placed an order on 2 February 2023...a month later I'm still waiting for Delivery. Half of the items in my cart were cancelled due to no stock. It's my second time ordering online the 1st time was a breeze I got my order delivery within 5 days. I don't even want to ask for a refund as it might take even longer. This is certainly my last time using Makro's online service 👎👎👎👎👎
