Makro online service - Do Not Use It!

I bought and paid for 9 items from Makro on 4 July 2023. They p[romiose delivery in 2 to 5 days. I have received 8 of the 9 items. As of 20 July, I am still waiting for the last item to be delivered. I have communicated with Makro via telephone to the contact centre and via the online chat system on at least 7 occasions. I only get excuses and apologies but NO DELIVERY. The Makro customer service is BAD - I would NOT recommend anyone using the Makro online service.
