Makro Online Service Disappoints

If there was 0 star rating I would have given Makro online 0 rating due to their poor service. I ordered a fridge on 15 February 2025 and did not receive it to date. I've called several times and they kept on telling me that there was delivery failure. Only to find out that they went to deliver in Germiston Gauteng but the delivery address on the order is Vryheid, KZN and I am failing to understand kuthi how would such happen. I then requested an order cancellation and refund 5 days ago but to date its not cancelled, no refund. So disappointed and fed-up.
