Makro Online service bad

I have ordered some beer online since our local Makro did not have stock. The order was dispatched the following day. I got a call from the courier after five that evening, saying that he is not going to make it in time and will deliver the following morning. Following day I received a mail that the parcel was delivered, but I did not receive it. I phoned Makro online and reported. Since then I have been calling them weekly to try and get it solved, they just keep on saying they will investigate. The order was supposed to be delivered on 12 Sept 2023, up to today 11 Nov, I am still struggling.
