Makro Online service

Placed an order with Makro online, what a pathetic service was supposed to receive my order on the 1st of October, as I placed the order on the 24th of October. No communication whatsoever was done; I had to contact them. To my surprise, I am being told that my order was cancelled; they did not even communicate. Makro Online service is Pathetic!!! Now they are talking about a refund, which they don't know when it is going to be paid.
