What a disappointment. I ordered 2 items online. The due date came and passed. I had to make a few calls to try to find out where the goods were. They themselves do not even know where the goods are in the process. Just tell me they have a backlog. I am also trying to cancel the goods, and that is also a process. There is no real help or assistance. Do not buy online items on Makro; the online department is pathetic.
