Makro online service

Makro online service is horrible to the core, their customer service is terrible, that WhatsApp service of their is useless. I bought things online back in October some items were missing upon delivery, I have been folloWing up on the missing items with no success, they keep on telling me they have escalated the issue. Furious cannot even describe how I feel. My niece bought a fridge during Black Friday 2024, to date the fridge has not been delivered Dec 2024, she is constantly told they have handed it over to the courier guy its out of their hands, what madness is that, I think should write to ex repo just to expose their bad service on TV. Don’t buy from Makro online if you want peace
