Makro Online service

Really horrible service. Bought a laptop online on the 6th and no delivery yet. Customer support doesnt respond to emails and calling the support centre proves fruitless. They say they will investigate and get back to me. No one ever does. Since the 9th I have been emailing and phoning with no luck. This is pathetic
