Makro Online Service :(

Over the festive season, after going to countless Makro stores and them being unable to help, I was forced to purchase a Christmas tree and decorations Online which they then informed me I would not receive by Christmas day, I was frustrated but still wanted the items, 2 days later they informed me that they no longer had stock available and would refund me R1484, However to date they have not refunded me even after numerous phone calls and emails. They claimed that I will be refunded after sending them my statements. Which was sent immediately. I have spoken to Komeran, Nondumiso and a few other Headoffice officials were CCd in the emails. It is now April and I Have received not one cent of the R1484 nor has anyone communicated with me. Their service is utterly unprofessional. Order Number : MAK ********** M
