The most pathetic online service in South Africa. Logged a call on Saturday due to unresponsive website. After numerous calls to their online support call center and promises that they will call back, still nothing happening. Now have to wait another 48 hours for them to action after it was escalated on Monday. Now SA business ***** and moan because customers are using services from abroad. Clean your house and get your act together if you want my support.
