Worst online service ordering system I've ever worked with. I placed an order on the 24/03/2023 and called in 3 times call reference ***, spoke to Sihle, Wandile and Siphamandla and all of them gave me ridiculous excuses. The 1st agent promised me that I will receive my order on the 31st (his words, you will receive the order today time pending traffic and strikes), called in 04/04/23 and Wandile told me that the order is on its way and 06/04/23 I was told the order is on its way but they have to cancel it. I now have to wait 7 working days to receive my refund. So that's about 25 days of waiting for an order that was supposed to take 2-5 working days.
