MAKRO ONLINE SELLING **** PRODUCTS

Please do not purchase from Makro online store! I purchased a JBL Flip 6 waterproof speaker which turned out to be a copy of the original and a ****. I am busy with JBL SA to get down to the bottom of this and establish how Makro are getting away with this. I was informed that Makro online is not affiliated to the actual stores and is a platform like Take-a-lot whereby different suppliers can advertise their products to be sold using the Makro name. This means Makro do not carry out quality control checks on products sold off their website and therefore do not actually know what is being sold to the general public under their brand which is actually unacceptable!
