Makro online selling faulty products
I would recommend avoiding Makro online for you black friday specials. Purchased a new fridge online, it was faulty reported immediately. Yet they making no effort to exchange broken product. Perhaps that is why they have specials, by selling broken products.

I emailed, spoke to people on the phone and the last time I called, I was told i will get a callback before end of business the same day. I suggest you see emails and listen the call records on this order.
I did not want to go to public forum to try sort out an issue but what other choice did Makro leave me.
Anyway, we shall see i guess...
