Makro Online seems to be oblivious to delivery location!

Greetings. On the 23rd Nov 2021, I purchased a Trojan Spinning Bike on the Makro website, for delivery within Durban. On the 25th Nov 2021, I received notification that the courier has picked up the bike from the Makro Centurion branch! Immediately thereafter, I contacted the Makro contact centre to check whether they realise that delivery needs to be within Durban! The contact centre requested I contact the couriers - not sure this is my responsibility as my 'contract' is with Makro, and not the couriers. Nevertheless, the courier advised me that they also realised that the delivery was meant to be for Durban, hence returned the item back to Makro Centurion. Now my wait begins for Makro to rectify this, considering, on my profile on the Makro website, the item shows as 'Delivered to Customer'! Go figure...
