Makro online ********!

Dear reader, almost 2 months have passed since I ordered a product online from Makro - neither the product nor my money which I paid, has come home!

I have phoned hundreds of times, got reference numbers even more with promises to follow up, email confirming it will be dealt with and escalated so many times!

I have done a review 2 weeks ago whereby Mpho Moruthane promised to look into this - nothing!

Makro's rules (as published on there website) is for show as they don't even adhere to their own policies! Clear unfair labour practice! Can't supply me with a copy of delivery note which we signed for!!!!!!!

MAK*** was closed without product deliver! Please help me as I am lodging an complaint at the Consumer Service Ombud tomorrow morning!
