Makro Online **** ??
I bought an item from Makro online app on 20th October I received the following email from them (?)
"Thank you for shopping at Makro Dear Chris Caudle, Your online order has been confirmed. Order Number: MAK*** We are working on your order and will keep you posted on delivery. Keep an eye out for messages as we progress the order."
Since then any attempt to email a query about the order to several email addresses for Makro (from both their app and Internet has been returned "Undeliverable" A query to their courier DP Laser tells me that they do not have that order number I am very disappointed and need them to confirm that l have been ****med because l always get an "Undeliverable " return from the emails l send
The issue remains
I got a message from the DPD Laser at 21h15 last night which stated:
"Your parcel from RICZIL ref ML***A1 could not be delivered.DPD Laser ***
I had no other contact from them at all during the day.
When l called that number there was no answer (x3)
