Absolutely useless bunch of *******. They refuse to pay back my refund since November last year "escalating" the matter 10000 times with no result. It seems that this is a pattern of theft. Nobody is reachable in this company except some useless customer service people. Thembisile Shongwe is complicit in this racket as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE! THEY ARE A SHAM!. My refund was blatantly canceled for no reason by the Finance department which in my book, is theft.
