Makro online ****

Hi Im writtig this review as my experience with makro online has been terrible. My order number MAK*** was supposedly delivered to my work place on a Saturday and signed off by a Patrick. The delivery was done by DSV. I had given specific instructions as to whom should sign off the package and that has been ignored. It's been 3 weeks that I escalated the matter to Makro sent dozens of emails and even called in and I keep getting the same excuses and been told the matter has been escalated. They sometimes do not even respond and take up to a week to respond to a the matter. It's really unfair that I use my hard earned money to buy something and get ******... I would like to take the legal route with this matter and I am asking for advise from anyone who can assist. My Gmail is *** please send me an email if have fruitful advise as to how i can take legal action against makro.
