Makro online ****.

My name is Mpho, I made an online purchase on Sunday of a Hisense 222l fridge and I haven't received it yet, and I'm also not hearing anything from Makro. The order number is MAK***. I've tried to contact them several times and some of my calls are going unswered and when they answer they keep saying that they'll get back to me. When try to track the order online it shows that it's packed, not even with the courier yet. The other day I called Makro online, Bloemfontein and they said they haven't came across my order.
