Makro online = ****!!!

I ordered two books on the 20th Dec 2018. I was told they'd be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Because it was around Christmas time I expected them to take a bit longer to deliver. On 20th Jan 2019 I called to enquire about my order to which Makro said "the books are out of stock". Funny, considering I'd ordered and paid for something that according to your website had been in stock. I then asked Makro to refund me and they said that they would. Guess what, no refunf! I actually cannot believe that a service provider like Makro, a so called reputable one, would take a customer's money like this and not do their part. Shocking.
