Makro Online sales worst service ever
The worst after sales experience ever. I have ordered and paid for an item with Makro online where it was clearly stated 2-5 days delivery. The order was done 24 July 2022, it is 12 August today and after I cant even count how many calls, all answer I get is that Dawn Wing is not responding, they will get back to me; guess what, they never do. I keep phoning and then holding on for 25 - 35 minutes for them to spin some story which still doesn't give me an answer on when my delivery will happen. This is the worst online experience I have ever had with any company.

12 Aug 2022, 12:26They answered privately because they never dispatched the item I bought untill Wednesday that just passed, so the 2 to 5 days is just a **** to get people to buy things, then once they get stock a month later or whenever they send it out. Still extremely unhappy, I called the courier and they said they never got the item untill now, Makro just kept me on a line with lies and hours on hold to just do it their way in the end
