Makro online sales SUCKS
Purchased a Hisense fridge from Makro, which the door of the fridge is reversible. After a while we realised we need to reverse the door due to kitchen cupboards but there were no reverse hinges in the Hisense box, call Makro who logged a call with Hisense. Hisense asked to used a hinge from a different box but Makro says to order a part from Hisense. I feel like the middle man between Makro and Hisense but neither wants to assist. Service from Makro online sucks, they could have ordered the part or gotten the name of the part that was needed for me. Really disappointed. Wont do online sales again.

Please note that I am further disappointed as the information you communicated to us about the fridge door not being reversible IS A LIE.
As the Hisense technician did come out to us and reverse the door today. so please change the incorrect information on your website where it states that the door is not reversible as the door is reversed on our side. Hisense ordered the correct part to do this and got it sorted out.
Overall unhappy that Makro online was not helpful in this process at all, along with the incorrect information told.
