Makro online sales

An online order MAK********** was placed and paid for on the 3rd of May 2023. To date, i have yet to receive any form of confirmation that the order has been processed, packed or shipped.

I have contacted the number provided on two occasions...1st, i was told the order is still within the 5 day period. 2nd time i called, i was informed that the supplier was out of stock and they have confirmed that the item will be delivered today the 15th May 2023.

Guess what, still no delivery.

What the hell is going on guys? This was my first online purchase with Makro and I must admit...will be my last.

Please advise as to when i can expect delivery...or if you can process a refund.

This is horrible service to say the least
