Makro Online SA - Unreliable and NO Customer SERVICE

Purchased a product from Makro Online I-Glde Jeep 4x4 Jeep Ride on FOR R5299.00 on the 30th November 2024 and received an EMAIL WITH ORDER CONFIRMATION that it would be delivered on the 9 December 2024 ORDER Number : MAK*** On the 10th December 2024 , I made use of the Makro Online SA Watsapp service to enquire about my order and no assistance was received On the 11th December 2024 I tried again and I got a response that the courier company would be in contact with me - Did not happen And so everyday I tried making contact to obtain answers which fell on deaf ears On the 19th December 2024 I sent an email and watssapp to cancel my order and do a refund On the 20th December 2024 I received a reply that finance department would process the refund Once again I've been making contact via the Makro Online SA Watapp communication trying to obtain answers on my refund with no success Today the 7th January 2025 I was told via watapp communication ,that my order is out on delivery Totally unacceptable worst customer service ever experienced Still trying to get my money refunded
