Makro Online SA - Disappointing service

3 Items on one order - none delivered on time and the wrong item colour on the final delivery. I have had to chase each delayed delivery and now am trying to sort out return of the incorrect colour item and delivery of what I ordered - cannot do it in my online profile as the order does not reflect correctly. Tried the Makro Online SA whatsapp chat - Wendy was transferring me to the relevant department over 30 minutes ago and has no gone radio silent on me. I've sent an email to MakroOnline. Support - given another automated reference number and have spoken to Ayanda who said she will log my return once the system updates. If not, I'll be emailing and whatsapping again tomorrow. Wish I had read all the reviews previously before ordering from Makro Online SA

Had to call in again to log the return as it was not done by Ayanda yesterday. And I have now discovered I've actually received someone else's order!

Had to call in again at 5pm to follow up if a return had been logged by Tshegofatso and it appears not! Zinhle has now logged the return and an email confirming has been received. My order is showing as delivered on the website however I have not received it but have received someone else's item.
