Makro Online ****S and *****S

Makro online & makro Cape gate are ****s and *****s - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered 4 x 4kg catmor food from them. What I got was 4 x 1.75kg on 15.12.2023.

NUMEROUS e-mails and phone calls to makro online call centre is useless - you'll only be wasting your time and spend your airtime. The call centre will tell you "the senior/manager is in a meeting and will call you back within an hour" - THIS IS A LIE, NO ONE WILL BE CALLING YOU BACK I was spinned that fairytale 3 times. Otherwise they put you on hold for 20+ minutes at a time - so you better have a LOT of airtime when you call. I hung up after 36mins on hold. Then there is the call centre agents that actually LAUGH at you thinking it's all a joke - i guess the calls aren't really recorded like they say or their agents just don't give a **** about you the customer. ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE_MAKRO CAPE GATE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!
