Makro online rookie delivery time line

Ordered a laptop charger, 5 days later the charger has still not arrived, then when I follow up, I am told I must wait for another Monday. Makro online's turn around time is pathetic! It's so rookie! Take a lot beats you hands down! It was my first experience with Makro online and never again! Buy at Makro online if you have 7 to 10 days to wait. Hopefully my charger comes working and in peace.
