Makro online returns suck!

I accidentally bought a Notebook charger at Makro online. When it arrived on the 14th of January I quickly realised I had gotten the wrong charger. Less than an hour I filed a return. It took 2 weeks to collect the charger and I haven’t had any updates since. We in February now. I don’t understand how a simple return can take that much time!
