Makro Online Returns Pathetic

Makro Online is unable to collect by faulty watch I ordered online. Although I logged a return it is not happening.

The Makro Call Centre is unable to do anything. You speak to somebody else every time you phone and then unable to speak to the same person again. So far I spoke to Themba, Sindile, Candy, Faith, Lebogang, etc..... Totally faceless.
