Makro online returns is a joke

I ordered a fan using their online system. Item arrived damaged on 19/02/2025 and I logged a return the same day. I have tried calling multiple times and used the whatsapp chat system and each time the consultant tells me they will escalate the matter but to date the item still hasnt been collected or me refunded
