MAKRO ONLINE REFUNDS

Ordered an Pure Pleasure Queen Electric Blkt in June , received a King size blanket with a Chinese brand I Logged a return and the blanket was eventually collected in July when i checked i received an email from Makro saying that the order was rejected, When i called the contact center .....a few times!! they couldnt find the Blanket at Value Express.. Everytime i call i get the same story "we have escalated the matter to Returns to find out why" to date im still waiting for a phone call and no refund and no item!!

No one comes back to you, service is terrible!
