Makro online refunds

If only I could give a zero star review. I have been waiting since December for a refund that Makro was supposed to give me. After months of waiting and pleading with customer care as well as them responding to posts on Hello Peter, the issue has still not been resolved. If ever you are thinking about getting a refund from Makro, good luck. They will keep that refund for themselves and the customer care agents will tell you that they will escalate the situation, but as soon as you pit down the call, they don't do anything about it. Good luck to anyone wanting to be an online customer for Makro.
