Makro Online - Refund not been paid back for over three months

This is the second review I'm writing on the same issue. I've been waiting for my refund to be paid out for over three months now. Makro has failed to deliver my goods but the courier marked it as delivered. Now the only solution according to Makro is to mark the goods as returned before the refund can be paid out. The goods were never delivered! The result is that the courier arrives at my residence to be told the goods were never delivered. The next step is for them to cancel the return which puts me back in the same situation. Makro's *********** online services has been trying to resolve this with the same result for three months now and I'm dealing with a different person every time.

This system 'glitch', for a lack of a better word has been wasting my time and money for three months now. No goods were delivered yet the money was paid over to Makro. Makro will only apologies and escalate the issue which has been happening on numerous occasions the last three months.

The is been a horrible experience, wasting my time and money. I will never recommend or use Makro online again. They are using third party suppliers on their portal, taking their cut of the commission, but do not take accountability when things go wrong.

I will continue to pursue all avenues until my money is paid back to me.
