Makro Online Refund, No response

I logged a return on 26 April as this was an online order and cannot be returned to store. The last email I received was on 28 April from Thabo Mokalapa to say that my return has been logged with the returns department and that a consultant will contact me to arrange for collection. To date, no contact has been made and now I am sitting with a product that I cannot use. I need a refund so that I can purchase the correct product at a different retailer.
