Makro Online Refund Nightmare

After collecting my online order return, on the 6th of May 2026, i still get communications that my return will be collected. I have been calling them for 3 weeks, no movement on my profile, return still on "collected". The only answer i get all the time is "We are escallating", no refund, no update, no code what so ever. AVOID BUYING ONLINE MAKRO. I want my money , your supplier LRC Computers cape town is nowhere to be found
