Makro online refund - mission impossible!!

Struggling to get refunded R600 from Makro online after returned items mid January. I phoned on 27Feb2023 and got a ref number for the call. I emailed from my makro profile on 15 March and phoned again today 23March giving the ref number. It is still at the finance department, no contact whatsoever from them although they have my contact details. Not happy at all!
