Makro Online Refund ****mers

Absolutely disgusted in the service! Problems from the get go with my online order! First the website hangs when I make payment, and it doesn’t get allocated to my account, within a few hours I send then the proof of payment, get told 24-48 hours to sort it out. I placed the other AND send proof of payment on 13 September. Eventually after speaking to a few agents & a manager, on 18 September my order and payment was confirmed. 20 September I received part of my order, then subsequently got an email saying the other part is cancelled and a refund will be processed. On 7 October I call to find out what’s happening, only to be told that it was not successful AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO LET ME KNOW!!!! I have now been calling every single day and still nothing!!!!!! No one is willing to actually do their job and help me! Going on 1 month since my refund was due! I am absolutely disgusted in this service! You will not see me ever again!
