Makro online: Refund Delay, Disappointing Service & Poor Communication
Shocking service from Makro online. I returned items bought online around May, but I still haven't been fully refunded for the products. When I call the call centre I am sent from pillar to pillar. There's no feedback on the issue and up to today I still haven't received my full refund. I really expected more from a retailer of this size but it has been a very disappointing experience.

12 Aug 2025, 13:30I returned the two kersol dumbell hex dumbbells and only one was refunded because on the website returns page I mistakenly didn't change quantity from default 1 to 2 items but both of the dumbbells were returned.
