Makro online Refund
Makro doesn't care about their online customers,they advertise products that are not available ,cancel the order and refuse with the refund they blame the supplier .i bought a laptop on the 18/05 /2024 today i didn't not receive my refund they just said 7days.iam warning people don't buy at Makro their service is poor.they just don't care about the customer

13 Jun 2024, 14:41Iam really disappointed by Makro they saw this review ,they didn't follow up on my issue they just call to say we saw that you complained we will escalate .the Follow up was not done ,the never call back ,the order was not canceled i Plea with customers not purchase from Makro online.
I scheduled a radio interview with one of the biggest stations tomorrow to warn consumers about Makro i think they just ****ming people really...Its A **** **** I WILL SAY THIS IN ALL THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS UNTILL SOME ONE LISTEN.I WANT MY REFUND!!
