Makro Online refund

I've made a cancelation on the 9th last month till today I've been calling everyday they don't wanna proceed the refund

Makro is worse when it comes to their customers they don't care..I've used my own airtime to call them everyday...they are busy telling lies after lies I'm tired this is totally wrong
