Makro Online refund

I have procured online only to be told after payment that the some of the items are not in stock and I will be refunded. 2 different refunds were to be given, one received, the one for the product not in stock still not refunded despite many follow-up emails, lately no acknowledgement is even received, just blatantly ignored. This mater has been dragging on since 17 Oct '24, well done Makro, I applaud you for your excellent lack of service.
