Makro online refund

Makro online is treating us customers like trash, when it comes to refund it takes forever to refund us our money. How are we suppose to buy the same items if they don't process our refund immediately why does it take 14days to get what is due to us? I bought essentials online but they could not deliver now m stranded I don't have money n I also don't have the items. In this economy where should I get another money to buy somewhere else. Makro must just close their online store it is ripping us off. It is useless. I bought something they have instore it is not a 3rd party stock.
